The issue of discrimination and negative stigmatization transgender people in the Jember Regency is considered an obstacle to freedom expression for every individual. This study aims analyze views regard women’s right after Fashion Carnival event. research utilizes empirical juridical method with sociological approach legal approaches. results this indicate that community's social construction rights event demonstrated through appreciation people’s works at provision space their develop creativity.
